Scott McInness, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Strata Manager, Director. 

Scott has over thirty (30) years experience and has been with the company since 1991. Scott has been Company Manager and Licensee in Charge since 2001. He has been a Director since 2006 and is committed to the continued development of services offered to clients and delivering a high level of performance to all clients. Scott continues to manage his own small portfolio of Strata Plans. While aiming to continue the growth of the company, he remains focused on maintaining the old fashion values, in particular treating our clients personally and with the highest standard of professionalism. Scott is always looking to further the services that the company can offer to clients, while at all times striving to uphold the company’s statement being ‘Big enough to serve but Small enough to Care’.  

Alfina Braiding, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Senior Strata Manager. 

Alfina joined the company in 1996 and has over Twenty seven (27) years experience in all areas of Strata Management. She is a Senior Strata Manager and heads the Rental Department. Alfina services and assists her client’s in a personable yet efficient manner with her dedication and professionalism an asset to both the company and our clients. This is shown in the number of personal referrals she has received over the years. She has assisted buildings with large building/rectification works and through detailed legal matters. Alfina continues to receive referrals from clients, which is a credit to her. We feel lucky to have her as part of our team at C F Strata.

Chris Haldezos, Licensed Senior Strata Manager

Chris joined CF Strata in 2010 and has well over brings to the company over eighteen (18) years of experience within the building management industry. Chris started in small style buildings and worked his way up to managing large 5-star properties. His experience within the management industry includes the management of Community / Strata Plans, daily monitoring of all facilities including lifts, water towers and recreational facilities, building and facility upgrades. Chris prides himself on providing effective & friendly communication with his clients to achieve positive results. Since joining C F strata, Chris’ portfolio
has grown, and he has proven to be a great asset to the plans under his management and our company in general. Chris is extremely thorough and professional.

Vito Tomasello, Licensed Senior Strata Manager.

Vito joined CF Strata Management in June 2022. He has over 5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager. Prior to moving to strata management, he was National IT Manager for two large construction companies, so he has a knowledge of construction and building, along with building relationships with owners, contractors, and staff.

Vito prides himself on responding to client’s requests  promptly. This along with his experience with managing teams, projects and contractors, will help deliver the service levels which CF Strata Management are well known for. With Vito’s positive attitude and management experience, he will provide guidance to the owners corporations he manages, in effectively managing their assets.

Vanessa Sofian, Certified Strata Manager.  

Vanessa has worked in property/strata management and sales industry for just over 4 years, before her employment with our offices. She also has extensive managerial experience, as she was a Restaurant Manager before stepping into the real estate industry. Vanessa started her career in strata management, as an Assistant Strata Manager for 2 years before progressing into a Strata Manager role. Prior to joining the team at C F Strata Management, she was successfully managing her own portfolio of over 1000 lots. She has extensive knowledge and the ability to deal with all aspects of strata management, as well as other areas within the strata industry. Vanessa prides herself with her ability and attention to detail, being a multitasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment. She is an asset to the C F Strata Team.

Alex Kung, Licensed Strata Manager

Alex, comes with years of experience in all areas of Strata Management, with the last 18 Months as a Senior Strata Manager. During his career Alex has managed notably larger portfolios than what he will be managing here at C F Strata. In one case even without the assistances of the strata support staff that we have at C F Strata . Alex has experience in all aspects of strata management and has been able to assist Owners Corporations deal with very complex matters such as defect claims, major rectification works, legal and tribunal matters as well as the day to day items that require an agents attention. Alex is client focused and understands the importance of communicating with his clients so that they are kept up to date and ensuring the Owners Corporation complies with its various requirements

Vesna Bugrain, Licensed Strata Manager

Vesna, comes with over 10 years experience in all areas of Strata Management and some 15 years in the services industries. She is extremely client focused, with all her references confirming this with the re occurring theme being that she was a great asset to her clients and the business. Due to this we were obviously very happy for her to Join our team in early 2025. Vesna is very personable and approachable, she aims to resolve issues as promptly and efficiently as possible, while always keeping the client in mind.  She is eager to get to know our clients and assist as may be required.

Chloe Stedman , Insurance Manager

Chloe joined our company in January 2017 in a newly created position of Compliance Manager, with a background in administration and property, including property management and sales administration. Chloe has a strong work ethic and sheer determination to learn and succeed. She is a team player and provides great customer service to all clientele. Having previously worked in real estate and administration for a property group, she joined our administration team, focusing on compliance management for all our strata plan’s. The creation of that position at the time was a great help to our strata mangers and in turn our clients. This is a testimony to her work ethic and competency. Upon return from maternity leave Chloe took over as Insurance Manager and now handles all areas of insurance

Kate Zhou, Compliance Manager.

Kate has over 4 years experience in strata, mostly in compliance and administration. Kate with her amazing time management skills and attention to detail has easily transitioned into her role here at C F Strata. She is extremely dedicated and hard working and takes a lot of pride in her work. She is a team player and enjoys helping clients and colleagues alike. She as developed an extensive understanding of fire safety compliance with her years of experience and as a result, has been easily able to handle all aspects of fire safety, lift and pool compliance. She understands the importance of having a good yet professional relationships with contractors, so as to help obtain the best outcome for our clients.

Ivy Moa, Accounts / Registered BAS Agent

Ivy started her trust accounting journey since 2010 and has over 10 years experience in the Strata sector.

With a successful track record as a Strata Trust Accountant and a registered BAS Agent, Ivy is passionate about ensuring compliance across the accounting dept. She understands the need to support the team to help ensuring superior service and results for our clients. Outside works, Ivy enjoys reading and spending time with her families to exploring different places in Australia.

Paula Andrade , Administration & Assistant to Strata Managers.

Paula joined our company in early 2014 in the capacity of Administration & Accounts. Paula brings to our company collectively 16 years of strata management experience, managing a portfolio of strata plans as well as office management and administration. Paula’s strong work ethic and enthusiasm ensures a superior level of service internally and for our clients. She offers great assistance to our Strata Managers and Administration Department, as needed and has proven to be an integral part of our team.

Brent Taylor , Administration Support.

Brent has returned to the original role he had when he started at CF Strata Management, back in 2021, covering for our Insurance Officer, Chloe Steadman whilst she is on annual leave, for the first time. Brent has extensive experience in this role and in compliance and administration in general. Prior to Brent starting with us, he had five years of experience as a strata manager, having managed numerous strata schemes with both commercial and residential lots. Brent is easily able to handle all aspects of insurance, fire safety, lift and pool compliance. Brent is able to easily build rapport with contractors and committee members
alike and this has resulted in some very good working relationships that have been a benefit to the clients and steadily built the professional reputation of CF Strata.

Michelle Murphy, Receptionist & Administration .

Michelle joined us here at C. F. Strata Management in 2015 and prior to her commencement, bringing with her over 6 years’ experience as a property manager and 12 years’ experience in the building industry in administration. Michelle knows the importance of customer service and her drive is to deliver a high level of
customer service at all times. With her knowledge she often provides valuable assistance to clients. Michelle has proven to be an asset to all staff and our clients. She is an integral part of our office and invaluable with her inside knowledge of the administration side of our company.
